"TRAUMA IS NOT WHAT HAPPENS TO US, BUT WHAT WE HOLD INSIDE IN THE ABSENCE OF AN EMPATHETIC WITNESS."

MY WORK

To me, therapy is a journey of “Collaborative Curiosity”.

I have worked with adults, young people, and couples in a variety of public and private health settings including community health services, inpatient programs, multicultural centres, and relationship/ family violence support services such as Relationships Australia.

I am passionate about exploring how traumatic experiences and attachment patterns impact on our mental health, sense of well-being and life decisions. I have a strong interest in mind-body connection and integrating cognitive, emotional, somatic, and creative techniques to facilitate healing and growth. I am eager to explore the impacts of immigration on sociocultural identity and experience of cultural bereavement.
